In terms of the bar staff, I was served by a female member of the team, conversation went like this: Me: '"Hi, can you replace this drink please, the coke is flat?" Her: "You've drunk quite a bit of the drink already, I'm not replacing it!" (I had only asked for a splash of coke in the first instance!) Really vile attitude :-(
