  Fantastic tea room. Tea is made in china pots with proper tea leaves, served in bone china cups. Very special.

  Belting. Stop for cakes and tea with fine china/linen, or do what we did and park up with the other cyclists and sit outside for beans on toast and hot drinks (still with fine china!). Very English, very convenient, very good.

  I booked it for 10 people 6 adults and 4 kids which one was dairy free. I was reassured that its all good and they will have it all ready. Upon arrival we ware sit on two tables rather than one which I wasn't aware of. The tea order got mixed up and most of us got the wrong tea. Kids asked for a soft drink instead of tea and I got charged for it. There ware only few sandwiches and the dairy free weren't ready so my little one was waiting while the rest was eating. We ware waiting for ages fir everything I know its not easy but I know its not impossible to deliver. Food was really nice once we got it but we had to take the cakes with us as it was taking too long to get them so we ended up leaving before. You can't pay card and they add a service charge on this occasion the service was soo poor that I don't know why should I pay for it. If it would have been different occasion I would complaint but it was a big day for my little boy and it wasn't worth it. I have waisted over £150 It is a lot for what we got
