  The staff were nice and the venue was ok. All the corridors were not heated so felt a little cold moving around the place. The massage I had was good and the facial was great. The food was disappointing and the service in the café was slow. Also the area to eat was next to a floor to ceiling window so again was chilli. To make it worse through the window was the carpark, not the most relaxing sight and made me feel a little odd sitting in a robe and slippers

  I expected a larger gym with more equipment. The spa is good. I had a good massage here.

  Staff are terrible.
  So unhelpful that we were unable to register because of a computer problem (no alternative way to register for a day pass suggested other than "most people do it at home on your phone")
  All requests for assistance were met with looks of disdain.
  
  Recommend hiring staff with better poker faces and possibly an easier registering system.
